In order to support businesses, the project will be looking at identifying where the skills and knowledge gaps are in the market, and will aim to create resources, training material and online webinars that will be sector and audience-specific.
In May 2020, we hosted a series of online business resilience webinars for Kent businesses to support them during the pandemic. You can watch the recorded sessions here.
As part of our work to develop new experiential product in Kent, we have delivered market research and testing with various target audiences to gather insights and feedback that will help inform business on the development of their new products. This product testing engaged with leisure travel trade operators as well as business events planners, DMCs and agents and looked at off-season product themes, initial experience concepts and activities, packaging / bundle options and contracting with various operators / buyers to identify best prospect audiences and maximum engagement.
A full product testing report with feedback and insights is available to download here.
We also hosted webinars for businesses to provide feedback and insights from the findings, alongside an opportunity for businesses to ask questions.
